TERMS OF SERVICE

  1. ADHERENCE TO THE TERMS OF SERVICE
    1. Access to this website shall imply the full, unreserved acceptance by the User of the Terms of Service (the "Terms of Service" or the "Terms"), which constitutes a binding contract between Cegid and the User.
      The refusal to accept this Terms of Service shall result in the loss of access and use rights.
  2. SERVICE DESCRIPTION
    1. The purpose of this Service is to provide Users with the option to include CV data and access the career opportunities published by Cegid.
  3. SERVICE ACCESS AND USE
    1. The User shall access and use this Service in accordance with the applicable law. The illegal use of this site or any aim or purpose designed to harm the legitimate interests of the owner or of third parties will result in termination of User access to the website, with Cegid reserving the right to take appropriate legal action.
    2. Any access by the user that may harm, damage, disable or overload the services and/or information provided, or interfere with the use of these services and/or access to information by third parties is specifically prohibited. Furthermore, any unauthorized attempt by the User to access sites, services, computer systems or networks connected to the website is strictly forbidden, either by launching hacking attacks or by using any other unauthorized procedure.
  4. VALIDITY
    1. These Terms of Service were published on January 1, 2014 and will remain in effect indefinitely, except by legal imperative.
      Nonetheless, Cegid reserves the right to implement new features at its own discretion, as part of or complement to the Service, as well as software, applications or new functionalities for the Cegid products, including changes that may affect the previous functioning of the Service. In any case, all changes or new functionalities shall be aimed at improving the Cegid Service, regardless of Client and User opinions.
